Some students know the old Fish bone diagram model, which utilizes the 4 M's as the possible causes of problems. With the changing world and with more problems happening in the workplace, the participants need to be updated on the modern Fish Bone diagram or Root Cause analysis model. Regarding the values stream mapping and Process Mapping tools, more time is needed to explain the details of each model and for the differentiation of one tool from the other.
