If you know your weak points, you can get straight into it, but if you don’t, put your mind to task and try to recollect what moments in the past poked you hard enough making you feel you needed that change in your personality. If it’s about communication, it should be as simple as getting support from your family and friends. If it’s about personality in general, stop comparing yourself with the influential people around, accept the good in you, the likability about you that makes your friends stick by your side.
