Resolving disputes would require you to handle the delicacy of the situation with empathy & well-thought communication.Be a good listener & try to understand the other person's point of view. Put your end across calmly & respectfully and know when to seek a healthy compromise. Avoid playing the blame-game & try to work out healthy solutions.It would be of additional benefit if you could acquire conflict management & emotional intelligence training to skill you to handle even the most complicated of situations with ease.I hope that helped! read less
