Hi, Personality development plays around your own psycology.Its your,thinking,behaviour and feelings that make a person unique.So its all about you.How you react to a certain situation?Your outlook and attitude etc. Ofcourse communication plays an important role in entire expression and acceptance towards the audience. You have to understand the weaknesses you have with respect to all the essentials for a better personality refering to tyhe above mentioned factors of personality. Most importantly you should experience different opportunities in life rather than the theory of life. You would experience a sea change once you start experiencing those.So be proactive and and jump in to take these opportunities and express your opinion frankly and fearlessly. read less
