You have to understand the weaknesses you have with respect to all the essentials for a better personality refering to tyhe above mentioned factors of personality. Most importantly you should experience different opportunities in life rather than the theory of life. You would experience a sea change once you start experiencing those.So be proactive and and jump in to take these opportunities and express your opinion frankly and fearlessly. read less
