Having a split personality is unhealthy. It is a mental illness. Having said that, human beings are generalists which means that we are capable of deplaying opposite behaviours in different situations. When a person feel whole inside, the more relevant we are to play a role in a particular situation. Focus on internal integration (intrapersonal), and aquiring behavioural vocabulary to manage variety of situations. DO NOT look at creating a SPLIT. read less

Spoken English and PD Trainer teaching since 2020

It is not recommendable to have split personality. Instead of that, we should have one face only and be to the point to everyone. Having split personality means to have a fake face and also requires us to be a liar which is not at all good option.
