Dr. Aayush Srivastava

Over the past two years, I have gained substantial experience in teaching and mentoring MBBS students within my college. As a peer tutor, I regularly conducted academic sessions—both formally and informally—focusing on preclinical and clinical subjects such as anatomy, physiology, pathology, and internal medicine. My approach has consistently emphasized conceptual clarity, clinical integration, and exam-oriented preparation.

In addition to intra-college teaching, I have been actively involved in mentoring and teaching NEET-UG aspirants and junior MBBS students through both online and offline modes. While pursuing my MBBS, I designed and delivered structured lessons, conducted doubt-clearing sessions, and guided students in crafting personalized study plans. I also facilitated small group discussions and one-on-one tutorials aimed at academic reinforcement and skill-building.

Notably, my teaching journey began during the COVID-19 lockdown, where I adapted quickly to online platforms. This period helped me develop strong skills in digital teaching, including the use of interactive tools, live virtual classes, recorded lectures, and assessment-based learning. My experience during this time allowed me to understand how to engage and motivate students remotely while ensuring continuity in education.

Through these experiences, I have cultivated a passion for teaching, a strong foundation in medical education principles, and the ability to communicate complex topics effectively. I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully as a dedicated and approachable educator.
