Mohit Kumar

I have completed my 10th in 2014 scoring a 88.61% and my 12th in 2016 in the stream of Non Medical Science scoring 85.33% both from Punjab School Education Board (PSEB). I completed my under graduation in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws from the Punjabi University Patiala in the First Division. I achieved my Certificate of Practice from the Bar Council of India on 26th March 2024 and my affiliation to the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana on 20th January 2023. I have been practicing as an Advocate at the District Courts, Patiala since February 2023, I also possess internship experience at Harish Ahuja & Jatinder Ahuja Associate. As an advocate, I have gained the experience of handling different types of cases and my priority has been ethical and responsible representation of my clients. I have appeared before the court on numerous occasions to represent my clients. I regularly advise on legal rights, legal notices, pleadings, hearing, case management and other legal matters. Legal research is also a key component of my daily work and it has become a topic of my interest.
