I Have 28 years of experiences as Academician and industries since 1998 to Dec 2024. My research interest is in the area of Optimization of Sizing and Cost in Standalone Wind/PV Hybrid Systems which includes distribution system, renewable energy and smart grid. My immediate last worked as Professor and HOD/EEE &ECE at M.I.E.T. I have whole responsibility to ensure that all academic as well as administration activies about my department at M.I.E.T. (AUTONOMOUS) Engineering college Tiruchi, . I have guided many UG and PG Projects. . I have actively involving as a member/Head of various committees at both department and institute level. I frequently organize course related workshops that are ‘hands on’ and relevant to industries. During my period of working at M.I.E.T. Engineering College our department was promoted as accredited branch by NBA AICTE, for institute was promoted as NAAC (A+) and then institute became a an Autonomous Institution. Another my credential towards to organize and attenting internation worshops like one for organized the internatonal seminar on “Drive the future with biosensor and bioelectronics’’ at M.I.E.T. Engineering College, Tiruchy on during 8th march 2019.and for attented a one day INDO-AUSTRALI workshop (Sponsored) “Nano material for application in Agri,Energy,Environment’’ at NIT, Tiruchy on during 23rd Jan 2020.
