IdentityI am currently working as the Head of the Management Department at St. Wilfred’s College of Arts, Commerce & Science, Panvel, and I am pursuing my PhD in Management with a research focus on contemporary areas of marketing and consumer behavior.
I have rich academic and administrative experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate Management courses, including Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Research Methodology, and Influencer Marketing. As HOD, I actively handle departmental leadership, curriculum planning, faculty mentoring, academic audits, and student development initiatives.
My achievements include guiding students for university toppers, project competitions, research papers, and national-level presentations. I have successfully organized and coordinated seminars, workshops, FDPs, record-based academic events, and industry-academia interactions. I have also contributed to research publications, conference papers, and curriculum development under NEP 2020.
My teaching methodology is practical, research-driven, and student-centric, focusing on case studies, real-world applications, presentation skills, project work, and career readiness. I strongly believe in mentoring students not only for exams, but also for professional growth, research orientation, and leadership development.
