I’m Diksha Harpude—an engineer‐turned‐educator who’s passionate about bringing STEM to life. I hold a degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, but early in my career I realized my true calling was in the classroom. Over the past 8+ years, I’ve designed and led hands-on robotics and STEM programs for students across schools and NGOs, guiding teams through national competitions like ATL Marathon and Inspire Manak.

In every workshop and classroom session, I strive to make abstract concepts tangible. Whether I’m debugging a “broken bot” in a reverse-engineering challenge or helping students prototype smart dustbins with ultrasonic sensors, my goal is always the same: spark curiosity, build confidence, and show learners that they can solve real-world problems with technology.

I also deeply value social-emotional learning. I create safe, low-pressure environments where mistakes are celebrated as part of the learning process. By integrating short “feelings check-ins” and peer-mentoring moments into my curriculum, I help students grow not just as thinkers, but as empathetic collaborators.

Now I’m excited to bring my blend of technical know-how, curriculum design expertise, and SEL-driven coaching to a mission-driven organization—where I can continue empowering students and mentoring fellow educators to build the innovators of tomorrow.
