Aarti Mardhekar Kagwade is a seasoned Soft Skills Trainer and HRD Consultant with over 16 years of experience. An MBA (HR) rank holder from JBIMS and Kulapati Gold Medalist from Bhavan’s College, she specialises in enhancing employability, communication, and leadership skills for UG and PG students.
At CK Thakur A.C.S. College, she leads training initiatives in resume building, group discussions, interview preparation, time management, and overall personality development, supporting the Training & Placement Cell in boosting student employability.
Aarti’s experience spans corporate training, recruitment, and training coordination at Cipla Ltd, CMC Ltd (TCS subsidiary), and HUL. She has also empowered 400+ rural women through soft skills, social media marketing, and entrepreneurship training delivered in collaboration with NGOs like Mann Deshi Foundation, Rotary Club of Dombivli, and Innerwheel Club of Kandivali.
