There's only little difference between Bhakti and Bhakti yoga...Anytime chanting Prabhu's name....doing stuffs for him...making prasada...collecting flowers for him...making or doing Aarti for him is known as Bhakti...and if we chant by sitting in a particular position with full of concentration without any distraction is known as Bhakti Yoga
