Teaching young minds has always been more than a job for me.It's my passion. Having taught private tuitions all through college, I tried my hand at teaching at a school starting as a PGT. Although the job went smoothly and the students were quite comfortable with my teaching and assignments, which was a gift, since it's more important for student- teacher relationship to be characterised by comfort and confidence rather than hierarchy, my personal goals weren't being fulfilled to the best, at least.There was a lack of individually personalised learning, though I used to sit down with some students outside of class taking their doubts, which is absolutely essential to the success of any student but not that feasible in a traditional school setting, and which I must say is the biggest pro of private tuitions which led me to eventually take it full time.
