Anil Sharma

I am an experienced SSB coach and trainer with around 20 years of experience in teaching and training students. My coaching focuses on helping aspirants understand the SSB interview and selection process while developing the confidence, communication skills, leadership qualities, and overall personality required to approach the selection process effectively.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from MDU, Rohtak, which I completed in 1982, followed by a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from MDU, Rohtak, completed in 1984. I also completed my Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from JNU in 1995 and an M.Tech. My academic background, combined with my extensive professional experience, has given me a strong foundation in education, training, analytical thinking, and student development.

I have completed the GTO (Group Testing Officer) Course from DIPR in 2001. This specialised training has been particularly valuable in my SSB coaching, as it has provided me with direct exposure to the group testing and assessment aspects of the selection process. I use this experience to provide aspirants with practical guidance and help them understand what is expected during different stages of SSB.

I served in the Indian Army for 35 years, gaining extensive experience in leadership, training, mentoring, and personality development. I also served as a Group Testing Officer (GTO) at SSB, Bangalore, where I was actively involved in assessing and guiding candidates through the SSB selection process. This firsthand experience allows me to bring practical insights into my coaching and help students prepare with a better understanding of the process.

Over the years, I have helped numerous students and aspirants prepare for and get selected for the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. My coaching goes beyond simply preparing students for individual tests. I focus on helping them develop confidence, communication, decision-making abilities, leadership qualities, and a well-rounded personality. I encourage aspirants to understand their own strengths and areas for improvement and work consistently on their development.

In addition to my military experience, I have served as a School Principal and Administrator for 7 years. This experience further strengthened my skills in education, student development, administration, mentoring, and working with young individuals. I bring this combination of military and educational experience into my training to create a disciplined yet supportive learning environment.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and student-focused. I prepare clear lesson plans and design sessions according to the individual requirements and current level of each aspirant. I encourage active participation through discussions, practical activities, and question-and-answer sessions, while providing individual feedback wherever required. I use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to explain concepts and organise important information. I offer both online and offline coaching and aim to make every session purposeful, helping aspirants develop the confidence, communication skills, personality, and practical understanding needed to approach the SSB selection process with greater preparation.
