IdentityMy fitness journey started 4 years ago. I had gained fat over the years, mostly 3-4 years before I hit my maximum. As we all do, ignore our health issues and same thing I did until I started noticing some health issues due to Obesity. High LDL Cholesterol, High Triglycerides, High resting heart rate in my mid 20s. I was worried, I was looking way older than what I was.
First,I started with eliminating packed foods and sugary drinks and started 20 mins of home workouts. I learned online from best of fitness and nutrition coaches out there. Initially I hated doing workouts. But I noticed improvements and continued. After successfully losing 30kgs in a year, I never felt so young and energetic the way I felt post fat loss journey. My medical conditions vanished.
I started learning more of Nutrition and Exercise. Today I am Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach and pursuing ISSA Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Some of my clients are between 28-64 yrs with conditions such as Osteoarthritis, Hypothyroid, Hyperthyroid, Hypertension, all they want a normal healthy life for themselves and their loved ones.
Fixing meals and discipline are most difficult and crucial part of fitness journey. Only eating salads, smoothies, crash diets are not part any healthy fat loss journey. Instead of helping, crash diet promotes malnutrition and do extreme damage to metabolism.
I have designed my coaching process simple as possible as I know difficulties faced during that phase of my life.
