They called me couple of days back saying they are from urban pro, and schedule this online tuition for one-on-one for math mathematics for my son. For which I had to rush home to attend this online 4 PM session. After logging in and attending the session, she tells me that unfortunately they don’t offer online tuition for math, mathematics and it’s only in person. My feedback is 1- why do you waste peoples time while this could be communicated easily on a message? 2- why was this not clearly communicated to her when I made the request that it has to be online? Poor way of handling things. And wasting peoples time by making them come and login.
