Early on, I lost a lot because I got trapped on the buying side too many times. That's why now I focus only on selling – options selling strategies like credit spreads, iron condors, naked puts, etc. I understand why selling usually has the edge: theta decay, volatility crush, timing, and how buyers often end up trapped.
I never learned from courses or books alone – it was trial and error in the live market. The biggest lessons came from those losses: strict risk management (1-2% rule per trade, proper position sizing, stop-loss discipline), and controlling emotions like fear, greed, overtrading, and revenge trading.
Now I want to pass on what I've learned so others don't go through the same big losses I did. In my classes, I teach only educational concepts – options basics, why selling has an advantage, common buyer traps and how to avoid them, risk management, position sizing, trading psychology, and emotional control. No live trading calls, no buy/sell tips, no profit guarantees – trading is risky, and I always make that clear (I follow SEBI rules too).
