I am a personal fitness trainer with 15 years of experience, specializing in customized training programs for strength training, weight management, and overall wellness. My approach focuses on understanding each student’s unique goals and tailoring sessions that maximize results while promoting long-term health and fitness.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, and I am certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise). This certification has enhanced my expertise, allowing me to combine scientific knowledge with practical training techniques to deliver safe, effective, and goal-oriented fitness programs.

Before becoming a full-time trainer, I served as defense personnel, which instilled in me discipline, resilience, and a structured approach to physical training. My experience in the defense sector allows me to guide students with precision, ensuring that workouts are performed with correct technique and optimal efficiency.

In addition to fitness training, I have been a FIFA referee for 14 years, officiating in international football matches. This role required exceptional focus, decision-making, and leadership skills, which I integrate into my coaching to motivate and inspire students to push their limits while maintaining discipline and consistency.

Over the years, I have worked extensively with athletes under 22 years of age, helping them improve performance, endurance, and mental toughness. My sessions emphasize not just physical conditioning but also mental resilience and goal-oriented training, which are essential for both sports and everyday life.

I conduct online sessions that are interactive and personalized, designed to match each student’s fitness level and objectives. My methodology focuses on progressive training, ensuring students see tangible improvements while avoiding injuries and burnout.
