i’m a fat loss coach focused on simple, sustainable results. i help people lose fat without extreme diets or confusing plans. my approach is based on building habits that actually stick training, basic nutrition, and consistency over time.
i’ve been training and coaching for the past few years, working with beginners and people who struggle to stay consistent. most of my clients come in after trying multiple things and quitting, so i focus a lot on making the process simple and realistic.
i also guide clients preparing for specific goals like improving endurance, strength, or events like hiking. my goal isn’t just weight loss, but helping people build a routine they can maintain long term.
