My expertise spans high-end kitchen management, menu design, event catering, and team leadership. I’ve held key positions ranging from Sous Chef at Islamabad Club to Head Chef/Chef Manager at the United States Mission in Lahore, where I currently lead culinary operations.

My background includes formal education in business management, marketing, and hospitality from reputable institutions in London. I combine this with hands-on experience in top-tier hotels and restaurants such as Holiday Inn, Compass Group/Marriott Hotel, and Vista Restaurant. I'm known for my creative flair, commitment to quality, and ability to streamline operations to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

I’m also recognized for my training and team-building skills, with a proven track record of mentoring kitchen staff, designing compelling menus, and executing events that exceed expectations. My qualifications include certifications in food safety and general civil defence training, and I was honored with the Chef of the Year Award and a Best Recipe Award by Unilever Food Solutions in 2013.
