Tanjore Paintings are a very traditional for of Art originated from South India and is very highly priced due to the usage of 18k/22k good leaf and also the usage of precious stones.

Tanjore painting is a traditional painting in South Indian...it's looking beautiful...bcoz this all painting made from stone and gold leaf...for gold leaf. Tanjore painting is very costly....and Tanjore painting is so much value bcoz of its very traditional art in India...

Can acrylic paint be used in tanjore paintings?
Yes Acrylic paint can be used in Tanjore paintings. Originally colours made out of vegetables were used but now poster and acrylic paint works well. Other elements used in Tanjore paintings are gold leaf, semi precious stones etc

How can you apply acrylic paint to wood?
