Any fine art diploma or degree course includes oil painting as one of the main medium to paint. For short you can consider ATD (ART TEACHER DIPLOMA) for the same.

I don't think you need certification for that. Attend some classes and after understanding basics you may explore whatever you want. A painting should have your creativity not the stamp of certification.

All the winners of this round will be declared on May 25, 2015 based on Winning criteria. The themes for Round 1 are: - Clean India - My Family - Global Warming - Importance of Education - General The top 4 themes are specifically mentioned to create social awareness within our participants so that their painting will motivate thousands others towards these social causes and their role in making our world a beautiful place. Round 2 (Live Round): Only winners of Round 1 can participate in Round 2 and the final winners of the competition will be declared on July 03, 2015 based on Winning criteria. Participant has to appear at the Live Round Venue for Round 2 and submit the paintings to the organizer.
