This is simply the image of the painter usually its done by the help of two mirrors in one his image is made and in other mirror he can see same image of his which he or she paints himself or herself it's quite tricky! But not impossible.

It depends on the surface used.....if it is used on canvas or cloth then it won't wash off but if it is used on a smooth surface like plastic, mirror, etc then it can be removed easily.

Cheap Acrylic paint are usually thin and liquidy. Where in heavy body Acry paint are highly Pigmented and can be diluted with water as per your needs. Good Acrylic also stays without fading for decades if varnished using a good liquid/spray varnish.
