If you have commercial license from the artist then you can. Ask the artist if you can reproduce their work after buying it from them. Buying a painting doesn't always give you reselling or commercialization rights.

Can we paint cardboard using fabric paint?
Most fabric paint is a kind of acrylic that is tested to be washable and that is relatively soft and washable when it dries. In short, yes, it should be perfectly fine using it on cardboard the same way as you would other acrylic-based paints
