Dr Mohammad Haneef

My research work is intensive on “metabolic profiling and
Isolation/extraction of secondary metabolites from plants, as well as
Identification, and characterization of microorganisms particularly
Bacteria and fungi from various sources”.
Additionally, to evaluate the inhibitory potential of naturally occurring
Bioactive compounds/valuable metabolites as a therapeutic agent.
My current research effort is focused on the analysis and
Characterization of mdr targets as well as inhibitory targets of valuable
Metabolites by applying computational biology/bioinformatics tools”
Apart from that, I am also keenly interested in identifying the protein conformations and their functional changes during protein-protein
Interaction and protein-ligand interaction between microbial
Proteins/enzymes involved in biochemical pathways with bioactive
Compounds by using both in-silico and in-vitro (in silver) approaches as a
Health informatics to curtail the new emerging health issues.
As per academic credentials are concerned, I have published more than 20 Research papers in peer-reviewed journals and qualified ars-net, gate,
Icar-srf, and pg diploma in food safety and quality management
(pgdfsqm). I have also completed more than fifteen online
(national and international) certificate courses, fdps, and short-term
Courses (stc) conducted by reputed academic institutes and
Organizations affiliated with swayam arpit, agmoocs, nptel and
Pmt & mhrd of government of india and who, wipo
Geneva, switzerland. Apart from this, I have good knowledge of iprs
Laws and served my academic experiences among the ug and pg students
By teaching the intellectual property laws and related issues.
