Currently, I am working as an Accountant at Megamax Trading Company in Jeddah. In this role, I handle day-to-day accounting operations such as voucher preparation, ledger posting, invoice generation, and maintaining financial records. I also manage accounts receivable and payable reconciliations, prepare financial reports including balance sheets and profit and loss statements, and ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations. Additionally, I support audits and monitor stock and inventory records.
Previously, I worked as a Tax Advisor and GST Practitioner at Tax Matters in Kerala, India. There I was responsible for recording financial transactions, preparing financial statements, managing monthly and annual closings, and handling GST tax filings and compliance for multiple clients. I also assisted with inventory audits and trained junior staff in accounting procedures.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Project Coordinator at Cubit Architects, where I assisted with project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination between clients and engineers. This role helped me develop strong organizational and communication skills.
In terms of education, I hold an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and a BBA in Marketing. I also completed a certification in International Business Accounts and Taxation. I am proficient in accounting software such as Tally, Tally Prime, and several ERP systems, along with advanced Excel.
