For sure it's a plus point. OCP will help you to boost your knowledge but don't learn anything to keep in mind that it will help you in you job. Learn with interest and it'll help you to get good job

9+ years of experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL using Unix shell scripting, guide/help/make capable as per market standard/ help to resolve complex code/debugging etc for desired professionals
If you have technical knowledge then does'nt mean by OCP certified. It always help for onsite jobs.

depend on company.. but Mostly yes.. it good to have but you should have knowledge of oracle because they have high exception .
