In this Master Class, we will have a Weight loss dance and Zumba with a fun Bollywood routine!
Staring with Zumba to warm up and get the muscles moving, basic stretching and resistance building exercises, moving to advance dance moves (freestyle) in a fun and energetic dance routine. With easy and a little challenging steps we will enjoy and perfect the dance routine in no time!
By the end of this Master Class, we would have burnt quite a few calories due to Zumba and learnt a fun and upbeat dance routine.
The main objective of this Master Class would be to work all body muscles by a mixture of Zumba and Aerobics. A full-body sweat workout. Also, we will learn popular dance steps and movements that you can show off at your next party.
