- Any age group can join this class ..I can tell in between class how to proceed
- Number of counts or repetition will be as per candidates.
- Kindly avoid heavy meal atleast four hours before classÂ
- Any snacks two hours before.
- Any beverage atleast one hour before.
- Don't drink water too much in between the class.
- If you feel very thirsty have sip of water.
- Wear comfortable clothes n decent clothes.
- Do not wear wrist watch n specs during the session..
- Do not take bath immediately after the class.
