This yoga class is for beginners who want start a healthy and fitness lifestyle. I will be teaching how to do Surya namaskar with some asanas and pranayama that we can practice in our day to day lives to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Yoga is an ancient science that helps us to stay energized and relaxed. This traditional practice makes us disease free and helps in relieving the stress life. Apart from just making us more flexible, gain strength and stability, it helps us to improve our focus and concentration and stay at peace.
For the people who find it difficult to go to the gym or fitness clubs to stay physically active. Yoga can be done at home simply using our own body and some corner of the house. To join the session, i request the attendees to carry a water bottle, small towel and a yoga mat.
