We offer a yoga experience specifically for women in their 40s and 50s with a focus on strenght and mobility. it involves asanas, mudras, pranayama and meditation. No pressure and no asanas that you cannot do. The teacher is well versed with Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Coorgi and English.
Our approach blends gentle, effective movements with personalized support—helping you feel stronger, more relaxed, and fully in tune with your body.
The class can be done sitting down on the mat, a chair or even on the bed depending on each ones comfort. it is aimed at addressing many issues faced by women like thyroid, Obesity, menopause, stress, joint pains and balance.
