I am Swati, a professionally qualified yoga instructor. I will be guiding you through this online yoga Master Class. In this session for beginner and intermediate, I will teach you basic asana and yoga flow, and this is a free session.
*Points to consider:*
_*Before Session:*_
1. Ensure an empty stomach.
2. Practice on a mat or durrie.
3. Wear loose and comfortable clothes.
_*During the session:*_
1. Please practice as per your capacity, with awareness and never in hurry.
2. Stop immediately if you experience dizziness or feel uncomfortable.
_*After session:*_
1. Bathe/eat after atleast 20-30 minutes of the session.
*Other important points*_:
▪️These are general fitness classes therefore *do not expect*:
1. Cure for specific diseases.
2. Immediate results.
_Yoga is not an alternative to any medical treatment, but it helps to increase the healing power of the body._
