Yoga Introduction

Hi I am Yogi Anu , and this live master class is for all new aspiring  yogis . Topic is introduction  to yoga and Surya namaskara. Anyone can join my master class. I teach online and offline both. I have done 200YTT from Rishikesh Yoga Association, Rishikesh, Uttara Khandelwal, India  (Yoga Aliance  USA ). I teach Hathaway, ashtanga meditation and pranayam including kriyas.tratak, jal niti, kunjan ,  rubber Niti. Various techniques  of mediation like Yog nidra and many more. Yogic games for children and adults too. One cam take the benefit of this master class and get many doubts clear about learning  yoga. It's only for new student. Who is new in Yoga practice, strictly not for advance practitioners  it's ibasic yoga classes not advance  kindly teachers or advance practitioner not to attend my class  Der is question and answer session  also after class .
