Yoga increases flexibility, weightloss, lightness, increases energy, balanced emotions, stress management. Pranayama help in increasing the energy and managing stress. Breathing exercises like ujjai, bhasthrika, bhramari, chakra breathing, anulom vilom, agni Sara kriya are taken. Health doesn't come from insurance policy. It has to be attended to on a daily basis.
