Welcome to my Masterclass!
This class is mainly for those who are looking for weight loss and boosting their immunity.
The class duration is 50 min for both beginner and intermediate levels.
This class will help beginners in understanding their body responds to various Asanas and Pranayama techniques; for intermediate levels, this would be a fresh start since they are getting introduced to different flows.
Specific Asanas have been selected to increase the immunity to fight against the current odd situations and also help in reducing body fat.
The protocol goes as follows:
Prayer - 3 min
Shatkarma - 5 min
Asana - 25 min
Pranayama - 10 min
Meditation - 5 min
Closing prayer - 2 min
Requesting sadhakas to be with their Mats, hand towel and a small water bottle at their comfortable place which should be clean, calm and not being disturbed.
