Hii everyone
This class is basically for all age groups. In this class, you will be learning from basic asanas to advanced asanas including pranayama, mantras, and philosophy of yoga. We will learn how important the alignment, adjustment, and well posture of our body are we will be also doing meditation sessions once a week.
For this class, we will have to carry our yoga mat, one bottle of water, and in a comfortable outfit so that you can stretch our body very comfortably as much as we want. Also as this this class will be online so you must have with your smartphone with good internet connection. I am sure that after attending this class you all will feel so good with clam mind. So basically all classes will be based on Hatha yoga. There will be one class in a week to teach only theory part which include anatomy which is also important to know about our body how our body parts function so we will learn this too. I know there is already so many tutor in the market available but I am sure you will learn something new and beneficial things in my class.
