What do you need for the Master Class?
- A yoga mat or something like a mat to support you during the practice.
- A towel or a napkin.
- A bottle of water.
Who can not attend?
- Anyone with major health issues such as cardio, any surgery or bone issues.
- Pregnant women can attend but please do notify me in prior so I can caution during the practice.
- People with spine issues and breathing issues notify me in prior.
