In this class we will learn about the yog benefits and learn how to do yog not yoga .
Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance.
This class is basically for the all level students.who wants to know about the yoga and wants to do some basic and gentle movement of asanas and Pranayama .
For the class :
A good small space.
A mat .
A water bottle.
A hand towel.
If you have any serious issues or extreme pain in your body please don't sign in .Take rest we will join another class .
