This free Master Class is at 6 am. Please wear loose clothes or sportswear for this class. All age groups are invited. We will do some warmup, yoga and breathing exercises. People with any disease that requires physical limitations should maintain the same as per the advice of a doctor. This will be an online class for all age groups. During this Master Class, I will explain you and give an introduction of Yoga, Asana, Pranayam and relaxation. Future class timings will also be informed. All the future classes will be of one hour duration and will be conducted in morning 6 to 8 am only for all the days. Fees for future classes will be informed during this Master Class and will depend on the number of days you wish to join in a week or month. Yoga is an ancient science of India and helps in controlling and restricting various diseases that affect your body. Asanas and Pranayam can be done as per the diseases for prevention and control.
