In yoga classes we start from the scratch and learn all the Asans required to heal the problems for the daily life like BP, back pain etc. We also do meditation at the start of the class for 15 minutes. People can join in groups or individually as per their need and comfort. There will be a one hour session and classes will be according to the need of the student, if they want to learn complete yoga or for just their daily life body problems. Students can join the classes after demo session. Interested students can schedule demo with me in the available slots. If find suitable, can join further with their level of comfort and timings. Mainly, there will be morning classes but if somebody wants another timings can let me know so that we can schedule their classes as per their requirement. However, morning classes are preferrable for students to get the better results.
