This yoga class is for individuals of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. It’s ideal for those seeking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, build strength, or find inner peace.
What will the students learn in this class?
Students will learn a variety of asanas (postures) that focus on balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. The class will include pranayama (breathing techniques) to enhance lung capacity and promote a calm mind. Each session starts with a warm-up, follows with a sequence of poses tailored to the class's skill level, and ends with a relaxation period. Mindfulness and meditation techniques are also integrated to cultivate inner peace and clarity.
Is there anything the students need to bring to the class?
Students should bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle.
