This is the master class for those who want to start yoga. It's a beginner level class. Students learn how to do yoga postures correctly and effectively by using basic props available at home like chairs, pillow, wall etc. It's a online class and students need yoga mat , mobile or laptop with internet.
Yoga is not only for those who are very flexible. Anybody can do yoga. Yoga is the way to turn out awareness from external world towards internal through our body. Body is the vehicle which carries the soul. To begin our inner journey yoga is the best option where we train our mind to be in the present, in the now during the asanas we practice. We also practice mindful breathing during ananas. During this one hour we focus on training our body and mind to be fit and to be in the present moment. This is a evening class from 5:30-6:30pm IST.
