Hi I am yoga today we are going to have the class regarding yoga in our daily life as everybody is leading this testful life we should try to come down a mind and body and we should try to focus on a breathing to reduce our stress levels and to complete our daily routine and goals so today we are going to do the yoga general fitness,stress free life,and for health wealth and peace.
