- A traditional flow of Hath Yoga will help you relieve stiffness and energy blockages from your Physical body. By doing Asanas we will work on our Muscles and Organs to eliminate illness and give them more energy and strength to function better for overall improvement in physical health and healthier life.
- Pranayam helps us to relax and energies one’s mental health along with working on this today’s new age problems like Anxiety, Over thinking, Low energy, Low Confidence and other similar problems .
All the students are requested to wear something comfortable and easy to move in cloths and a mat to practice on.
