This comprehensive year-long Bharatanatyam course is designed for students who wish to build a strong foundation and progress towards advanced performance level in this classical dance form. The course covers fundamental adavus, posture, rhythm (tala), hand gestures (mudras), and expressive storytelling (abhinaya), along with structured choreography from the traditional margam. Classes are conducted in a progressive format with step-by-step training, regular practice sessions, and personalized feedback to ensure steady improvement. Students will also gain basic theoretical knowledge of Bharatanatyam, including hastas, navarasas, and performance techniques. Course Structure: • Beginner Level – Basic adavus, posture, coordination • Intermediate Level – Choreography, expressions, rhythm • Advanced Level – Margam pieces, stage presentation Duration: 12 months (2 classes per week) Level: Beginner to Advanced Eligibility: Open for all age groups.
