I'm an Instructional Designer (ID), who specialises in corporate e-learning as part of Learning and Development (L&D). Being an instructional designer synonymously motivates one to pursue teaching of all kinds, be it online or offline or through hybrid mediums depending upon the necessity of the learning requirements. Focusing content development on versatile subjects tends to make one a subject matter expert (SME) over many fields of knowledge, especially in the basic foundational knowledge areas. Though online education is quite challenging in its own way, it pales in comparison with offline coaching. I firmly believe that every learner has unique learning capabilities and this requires an unique and customised academic training. As a millennial learner myself, I believe the importance of customised coaching, which enables me to be an avid supporter of this ideology and I try to exercise it whenever I'm able to. Rest assured, I am passionate about my profession and I will be giving my best of efforts to deliver effective efficient results which hopefully will have long term impact on the learner's growth.
