In this class we do different type of yog exercise which can help you to reduce your legs and belly fat , and also help to maintain mental health to do meditation and parmayama at the end of the class if you want to do and join this class I will give you a perfect platform to reduce fat
Now I explain the class
1 we start with warm up
2 we do different type of exercise to warm your body to get ready your body to do yoga because first of all we should prepare our body soil and mind to do yoga then if we are totally prepare then we can start our class
3 between the class we do legs exercise
4 we do belly exercise
5 we do core exercises
And after that we do some yoga postures and at the end of the class we do meditation and relaxe our body by meditation
