Hands-on session on developing a simple web application using Java Spring boot, react and postgres database.

Students are expected to have java coding knowledge. Ideal for college grads looking to enter workforce, women trying to enter workforce after a career break and people trying to switch from support role to development role.

Students are expected to have their own laptops or desktop. The overall session will spread across 5 one hour sessions covering a flow from

• Bringing up backend spring boot application.
• Database schema setup.
• Integrating database with backend application.
• Bringing up a React frontend application.
• Embedding React into Spring application.
• Communcation between frontend and backend application.
