- Hindustani classical music ([hin̪d̪us̪t̪ɑːn̪i]) is the Hindustani or North Indian style of Indian classical music. The style is sometimes called North Indian classical music or Shāstriya Sangīt. It is a tradition that has been evolving since the 12th century CE, in North India. At Urban Raga our course provides a step-by-step introduction to all the basic concepts of Indian raga music with notations, audiovisual demos, and performance examples.
- Carnatic music of south India is one of the oldest systems of music. Carnatic music is based on a melodic scale and is having a high content of spirituality.
