This is open for all ages. It will be a vinyasa flow class to get your body moving and calm your mindass pattern:
Gentle movements and breathing exercise
Sun salutations
Vinyasa flow focussing on a chakra
Stretches cool down
Shavasana
Any doubts or questions
Modifications will be provided for every bone depending on body type and existing conditions. Come experience the flow of vinyasa. I guarantee you will feel more active after the class and your mind will calm down. You may bring blocks, bolster and blankets however it is not necessary.
The class will be for limited members so that I can pay attention to everyone and correct their form and alignments. I request you to come to the class empty stomach or atleast 2 hours after a heavy meal. Keep a bottle of water and towel handy. Please inform about any medical conditions or injury, I will Modify the class accordingly for you.
